MCB Vital is an R&D-focused biotechnology company that develops and produces scientifically based feed additives, micro-premixes, toxin binders and metabolic support products for the modern livestock industry. Our production facilities are located in the Zensan Industrial Zone in Karatay, Konya. In our facilities, we produce homogeneous micro-mixes, particle coatings, and premixes in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, and ISO 22000 food/feed safety standards.
MCB Vital is the sole authorized distributor of Balchem Animal Nutrition & Health in Turkey. We offer the ReaShure® (rumen-protected choline), NitroShure™ (slow-release nitrogen), AminoShure®-L / AminoShure®-XM (protected lysine and methionine), and KeyShure® chelate mineral portfolio in their original packaging and with technical assurance.
Our production lines utilize double-shaft paddle mixers to keep the Coefficient of Variation (CV) below 5% (the industry standard acceptable limit is 10%). This ensures that even trace elements such as selenium, cobalt, or biotin, which may be present in amounts of 50-100 grams per ton of feed, are evenly distributed in each pellet and feed.
Standard free choline and amino acids are broken down by microorganisms in the rumen by 85-95%, transforming into gas and ammonia that the animal cannot utilize. Balchem®'s patented micro-encapsulation protection technology does not dissolve in the rumen; upon reaching the small intestine, it is released by enzymes and absorbed at a rate of 85%+. This prevents ketosis and permanently increases milk yield.
HepaVital® contains a modified yeast cell wall (MOS) and hydrated sodium calcium aluminosilicate (HSCAS) that can bind both polar (Aflatoxin B1) and non-polar (Zearalenone, T-2 toxin, Fumonisin, and DON) mycotoxin groups at the molecular level. It also accelerates liver regeneration with its silymarin extract, which protects liver hepatocytes.
Our powder and micro-granule premix products have a shelf life of 12 to 24 months from the date of manufacture. Products should be stored on pallets in cool (below 25°C), dry, and well-ventilated warehouses, away from direct sunlight.
No. For integrations, commercial farms, and dealers working with MCB Vital, our ration balancing, milk fat/protein analysis, and roughage quality assessment services, provided by our expert team of zootechnicians and veterinarians, are completely free of charge.
Yes. We conduct periodic field visits to dairy cattle, beef farms, and poultry integrations throughout Turkey. Herd health, TMR homogeneity (Penn State sieve analysis), fecal scoring, and body condition score (BCS) are analyzed on-site, and a customized report is prepared for each farm.
Yes. Our CoolVital® series and water-soluble electrolyte-vitamin C combinations, developed to combat respiratory alkalosis and feed consumption losses caused by high temperatures and humidity during the summer months, reduce mortality rates in the flock and stabilize eggshell quality.
This varies depending on our product range. For our standard bagged products (25 kg kraft bags), shipments can start from a single bag for retail and farm orders; however, for industrial feed mill premixes, pallet-based (1,000 kg) or tonnage orders are accepted.
Our standard stocked products (Balchem® series, standard premixes, toxin binders) are shipped within 24-48 hours of order confirmation. Specially formulated industrial premixes are freshly produced and delivered within 3-5 business days via our warehouse or contracted logistics fleet.
Products are shipped in 25 kg kraft bags with polyethylene inner lining and moisture and light barriers, 1,000 kg big bags, or 1-liter bottles and 20-liter HDPE drums for liquid premixes. All pallets are wrapped in stretch film and protective covers to secure them against logistical damage.
Yes. We provide safe and insured shipments to all 81 provinces of Türkiye through our contracted cargo companies, partial warehouse lines, and direct truck/trailer-based logistics network.
Yes. Farm or factory officials can request samples of the products they are interested in via the Contact page on our website or by calling our technical support line at 0532 463 87 65. Samples are shipped free of charge along with technical product specification sheets.
Corn silage, alfalfa, and roughage samples from our partner farms are analyzed for dry matter, NDF, ADF, crude protein, and mycotoxin presence in our contracted accredited laboratories before being integrated into the feed ration.
